How much B-Vitamin should I take a day?

I’m 17, a girl, weigh about 95 lbs., diet.. lol wouldn’t say too healthy…

i have three different bottles of it.
1. People’s Choic B Complex Formula (B-1, B-2 Naicin, B-6, Folate, B-12 & Calcium)
2. Sundown B Complex (same as other)
3. Nature Mad Stress B-Complex w/ Vitamin C & Zinc (Vitamin C & E, B-1 & 2 & 6 & 12, Niacin, Folic Acid, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Zinc, & Copper)

So, how much should i take of this a day? I heard that it can damage nerves and other things if you take too much, so i’d like to know how much i should take (for my body type & age & stuff)

    Actually vitamins supplements are needed when that is not available in food.

    So for you i would suggest take flintstone (chewable, doctors recommends) one tablet a day. And that is safe to take even with pregnancy. So dont bother with all these bottles.And purchase flintstone complete multivitamins.
