  1. Oh please! Soap cannot wipe away the Vit D made in our bodies after sun exposure! This is just misinformation. I wondered why it has not been challenged and corrected… Yep any logical person would opt for the ‘best’ oral supplement available ahead of not showering with soap. Good one Mr Mercola ;)

  3. As mentioned in this interesting video, most experts do agree that the best and easiest way to help our body producing vitamin D is with direct sunlight exposure; Some environmental factors will affect the way vitamin D is synthesized (like time, position, etc), but with a daily 10minutos exposure should be more than enough. 4. Did you say 5,000 IUs for adults and only 35IUs for children? That’s a big difference.

  5. I for everything said in this video, but have one issue. What’s with the “electromagnetic field” comment though? EM is EVERYWHERE! Visible light, radio, etc, is ALL part of the EM field! Can ‘mercola’ provide evidence that the EM he’s talking about is akin to toxic amounts of x-ray EM, etc??

  6. tell me about it! i live in Finland which is even further up north, like Alaska :D Lot’s of sun in the summer though – if it wasn’t raining all the time XDD

  7. No it’s not unrealistic, just use some kind of essential oil based ‘stuff’ if you start to smell. you get use to not showering that feeling. You can shower just don’t use anything but the water in your shower.

  8. in an earlier video you stated that if you shower within about 48 hours of sun exposure you barely get any benefit (i’m wondering if you know the percentage of value i’m getting if i decided to shower 2 – 4 hours after sun exposer?)… and that just seems unrealistic (to not shower for 48 hours haha). so as of late, i’ve been using the vitamin d spray from your website..
